Camp Jeanne d’Arc is a traditional sleepaway camp for girls, 8
through 16. Our camp is beautiful with over 200 acres of fields and
woods located on glorious Lake Chateaugay in the northern Adirondack
Mountains. Girls have been coming to our “little piece of heaven”
for 90 summers. Our focus is on “camp spirit!” Campers have fun and
are active all day with friends doing activities and challenging
themselves trying new things or improving upon the basics. On the
waterfront we offer swimming, sailing, canoeing, kayaking,
wake-boarding and water skiing. We have an excellent, safe and well
organized horseback riding program for beginner through advanced
riders. Field sports include soccer, lacrosse and field hockey,
tennis, golf, archery, bb’s and riflery. Campers also enjoy art,
drama, dance, fitness, hiking and overnight camping. We offer 2, 3,
4, 5 and 7 week sessions. Girls live in Swiss chalet style cabins
with indoor bathrooms. We have nightly campfires and lots of fun
traditions and special events. Many of our caring counselors and
supportive staff have been with us for years. We welcome girls of
all faiths and cultures. We offer weekly Mass and Non-denominational
Inspirational Services on site. Buses from NY Metro.

Welcome to
Adirondack Camp, one of the original, traditional summer camps. Our
setting in upstate New York’s
Adirondack Wilderness is
magical; Adirondack Camp is located on a private peninsula in the
crystal clear waters of Lake George. Boys and girls ages 7-16 come
together from
around the world to test their
skills, make lifelong friends, and to discover their true selves in
what might just be the best and most important summer of their
lives. Adirondack Camp is unique among summer camps. We are
family; our 185 campers and staff know each other by first name.
With a 1:3
counselor/camper ratio,
even
first time campers feel at
home. We provide a nurturing, confidence boosting dose of

Every camper creates his or her own
personalized activity schedule
from an amazing array of choices on the
Waterfront,
Land,
Arts and
Wilderness. Activities are
taught at all skill levels by
professional, caring, adult staff
from around the globe, including:
Waterfront: waterskiing,
wakeboarding, windsurfing, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, swimming,
stand up paddle boarding and fishing. Land:
fencing, archery, rock climbing, nature, tennis, basketball, soccer,
rugby, football, baseball, sand volleyball, circus fun, yoga, and
all sports. Arts:
creative arts, campcraft, culinary fun, fine arts, drama, improv,
music, dance, yoga, and electronic arts. Wilderness:
mountaineering, backpacking, day hikes, rock climbing, whitewater
kayaking, whitewater rafting, canoeing, and fishing trips.
Additional
activities that make
days and
nights unforgettable are:
spirited Blue/White contests, Carnivale, Tubing, Dances, Gold Rush,
Talent Shows, Pajama Breakfast, Star-Gazing, Campfires, Story
Telling. Our changing line-up of Guest Artists provide even more
choices, including model rocketry, teepee magic, hip hop, junk
percussion, and music videos.

The
North Country Camps – Camp Lincoln for Boys and Camp Whippoorwill
for Girls – are adventurous and fun full-season resident camps
located in the Adirondack region of NY State. We offer a program
that emphasizes individual choice, and we offer a wide range of
activities in camp including horseback riding, sailing, canoeing,
swimming, windsurfing, kayaking, bicycling, soccer, baseball,
softball, ultimate frisbee, volleyball, tennis, archery, art, drama,
dance, and woodshop. We also offer an extensive Wilderness Trip
program. The trips – day trips, overnights, and 3, 4, 5 day trips –
include hiking, backpacking, canoeing, bicycling, riding, and
sailing. Campers live in cabin groups of five or six campers with
one counselor. Overall camper counselor ratio is 3:1.
2011 season from June 26 through August 16, with 5-week option
ending July 30th.
