We offer
programs in astronomy, art portfolio prep, creative writing,
Chinese, chemistry, computers, engineering, theater, horseback riding and
swimming. We also have team camps in lacrosse, football and soccer.
These programs provide young people with opportunities to
learn more about their fields of interest, to sample life on a
college campus, and to make new friends.
Our campus is located in the safe, peaceful village of Alfred in
western New York State, where summer days are warm and nights are
cool and comfortable. Surrounded by rolling hills, beautiful meadows
and valleys, Alfred University is the perfect place to spend an
enjoyable week learning more about a favorite subject or sport.
When not in class, students have lots of fun
participating in recreational activities such as indoor and outdoor
games, movies, visits to a nearby lake for picnics and campfires,
swimming, hikes, bowling, hayrides, open mic night, social
gatherings at a Coffee House, a farewell party on the last night,
and more. |

Camp Lakeland is
Western New York’s premiere overnight summer camp and it is located
on 733 of the most beautiful wooded acreage in the state. For 100
years Camp Lakeland has offered children and teens the experience of
a lifetime. Camp Lakeland offers many activities: water skiing,
swim lessons, the Blob, the Iceberg and the Water Trampoline,
sailing, canoeing, kayaking, basketball, softball, soccer, tennis,
horseback riding, archery, a new paintball shooting range
(non-contact), nature, ropes course, 60 foot climbing tower,
mountain biking, mountain boarding, crafts, pottery, theatre, video,
cooking, multi-media (computers) and so much more. With 1, 2, 3 and
7 week programs, Camp Lakeland has something for everyone. Sibling
